The grapes, hand-harvested in keeping with tradition, benefit from gentle pressing and precise vinification. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in bottles, allows us to offer a crémant of impeccable quality.

A lively and elegant attack on the palate, followed by a full texture that reveals a beautiful harmony between freshness and fruity aromas, for a long and satisfying finish.
