Parcel selection. Sorting of the harvest. Pellicular maceration (12 hours). Alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels. Aged on lees in barrels with batonnage for 9 months. Golden yellow robe. Powerful nose, floral and exotic fruit notes (mango, lychee, grapefruit), vanilla aroma, toasted. Bold and broad-shouldered, perfect harmony of wine and wood.

A bouquet of fresh fruits and a revitalizing palate, marked by beautiful minerality.

Food Pairing Notes

Aperitif. All hot starters (salmon, leek tart). Asparagus, foie gras, pan-fried scallops. Fish and white meat dishes in sauce.
