Tasting notes

Style: Light Beaujolais style
Colour: Dark berry
Nose: Rich cherry aromas
Palate: Dark berries flavours, mid-body, sour red cherry, lovely acidity and earthy notes. A pleasurable smooth finish.

Winemaking

The grapes were hand harvested in October 2021 and the juice fermented in stainless Steel vats, a further ageing in Oak barrels has enhanced the subtle flavour.

Food Pairing Notes

A perfect accompaniment with Welsh Lamb and Venison.
